Bat Toothpicks-Cupcake Topper

So super easy to make and adds so much. These bats are the perfect size for the toothpicks.

Materials used:
-Bat punch from Stampin' Up
-Black card stock
-Toothpicks (I sniped off the points)
-Sticky strip
-White gel pen
