I was able to capture these pictures last year of my son playing with his favorite Star Wars gun.
The papers are different collections, just trying to use up my stash.
I downloaded a Star Wars font from the web and imported it into my silhouette. I was able to create my title with the design studio and then cut it out.
I traced the title "the clone wars" from the negative part of some chipboard alpha stickers. The die cuts, imagine and pretend make believe play, are from MME.
I just loves these picture of my son and I'm so happy to finally have them scrapped.

December Daily 2011
Phew.....I finally finished this thing. Better late than never should be tattooed on my forehead. This Dec. daily is a little different than ones I've seen before. It looks more like a mini book although it's not very mini. The whole idea of a Dec. daily is to consciously document all the little things that make life LIFE. Well mine was sort of an after thought lol. I knew that I had alot of pictures because of all the gifts I made this year for Christmas so I thought why not print them out and see what happens.
So here it is...
The cover dimensions are 8x5 3/4. I used my Bind-it-all with 1 1/4" wires to bind it.
It was alot fun to make. I love all the different patterns, textures and things sticking out of it.
I used all sorts of things from my stash including this little paper bag which fits my tag perfectly.
For this page I cut a snowflake transparency and stuck it in between two vintage post cards for my journaling spot.
On this page I used another post card and glued three edges of my photo to make a pocket for one of my larger tags.
I used tons of scraps, stickers, punches, stamps and die cuts. I love projects that I can really use up alot of my supplies instead of hoarding them.

3 New Layouts
I started these 3 layouts right after I got my silhouette then my whole family got sick and I haven't played with it since. So bummed!! :( But I hope to be creating with it more and more. yaaay!!
All the paper and tags are from My Minds Eye and the buttons are from Stampin' Up. I cut the title out with my cameo.
The snap is from WRMK and the mini library clip is from SU.
I used a few different papers from my stash and cut out the title, arrow and #3 with my cameo. The buttons are from SU.
I also used a couple of Ali Edwards stamps on the pictures.
This paper collection including the gear die cuts are from Cosmo Cricket. I created this title with the silhouette design studio and cut it out with my cameo.
I used some more buttons from SU (I love, love, love their buttons) and the brads were from my stash.

SU Girls Weekend!!
Ok, for those of you that don't know this, this was a big deal for me. I'm SAHM to 3 little ones ages 7, 5 &3 and they keep me busy. This girls weekend was the first time I've ever spent away from my kids and my son will be 8 in May. I love my kids more than anything they're every minute of my everyday, and that's just it, a girl needs a break sometimes lol. So when my amazing friend Jenny invited me to be a guest and go with her to Stampin' Up's Regional in Milwaukee I said count me in!
We stayed at the Hilton in downtown Milwaukee which was a nice older hotel that had alot of character.
Beautiful marble lobby.
I just loved this sign on the elevator.
I had a great time with Jenny she is one amazing lady, very talented and loves to share her talent with others. We've been friends for about 7 years now. I'm thankful for her everyday, seriously I think I might lose my mind in this small town without her. It's always nice when you have a girlfriend to share and vent haha your everyday life with. We both have similar tastes and love to share are crafty creations with each other.
In the middle of the room is where the swaps were taking place which I named "Swap Alley". I didn't participate in any swaps but it was fun to watch all the excitement.
To no surprise to myself Jenny was picked to be a presenter and she did an amazing job. This is Shelli Gardner stoppin' by her both.
I'm bummed this pic is blurry but I had to share. I am and apparently some of the SU staff in also a fan of Jimmy Fallon. This segment on stage was SU's version of Jimmy's Thank You Notes hahaha so stinkin' hilarious!!!!!! Thank you Big Shot for redefining how to make a sandwich......it was so funny I wish I could have got it on video.
Group shot with Polka music playing.
My first time at Mar's Cheese Castle.
I took this shot when we stopped to have a quick dinner at an oasis. I thought it was pretty cool how it turned out.

What a Bunch of Sickos
We've been sick for about a month around here. We just can't seem to kick this thing. In the past month we have also celebrated 3 birthdays in our house. My birthday was in early Feb. my daughter Claire's was at the end of Feb. and 11 days later is my daughter Adelyn's birthday. This year we combined the girls family party which I think we'll be doing every year.
I made a couple of layouts a while ago but I haven't had the time or energy to share anything. It really stinks b/c I added a new awesome tool to my scrapbooking arsenal.
Drum roll Please..........Introducing the New......Silhouette Cameo. Woooohooooo!!!!!!
I'm soooooo stinkin' excited about it! I used it once on a couple of layouts and then we all got sick, so it's been sitting there collecting dust and it just kills me. Normally I would be downstairs playing the minute I put the kids to bed, but this thing has zapped all my energy. The thing is my mind has been spinning with all kinds of ideas and projects I want to do and it sucks when your body isn't cooperating.
Ok enough booohoooing!! I'm really going to try to post those layouts and start blogging more.

Brrr......Winter Banner
The house always seems so empty after I take down my Christmas decorations, so I decided to make a winter banner.
I've been wanting to make a banner out of this mini album from Michaels for a long time. I started this winter banner at a crop last weekend and finally finished it.
The pattern paper is from My Minds Eye Holiday Glitter Book, chipboard embellies are from Little Yellow Bicycle and large button is from Stampin' Up.
I also used early espresso and marina mist card stock from SU. The chipboard snowflake is from the LYB collection. I picked up the clear flower from my local scrapbook store, sorry I can't remember what they're called, and I added a rhinestone brad from stash.
I think it turned out pretty cute. I just love having something crafty hanging around, it puts a smile on my face!

My Garden Girl- DT Layout
Hey Ladies, just thought I'd share this l/o I did last month for my local scrapbook store.
I was able to use some really beautiful paper from the Floral Lane Collection from Pebbles. This paper has a great texture to it and is nice and thick. I really like pattern paper that has some weight to it, it makes me feel like I getting more for my money hahaha. This line says spring and summer to me. I knew I had a couple of good pictures of my little garden girl that would really make these paper come to life.
I tucked in a couple of tickets from sei and went through my stash of ribbons to add a little more dimension and texture.
The chipboard alphas are from Girl's Paperie and they are one of my all time faves.
For the flower I punched out 3 circle then distressed and cut around the edges. Then I painted them with a white paint dabber and crumbled them up. For the center I cut up some Prima Bloomers and glued it all together. I just love the colors in these papers and I think turned out pretty cute!!

My Very Own Smash Book II
The first one I did went through my middle school years. This book goes through my high school years. The covers are 8.5x10 and in inner pages are 8x10.
This book is packed full. I kept a ton of stuff from those 4 years. I used a K&Co. rubber band from the Smash Book line to keep it closed.
I'm in love with this camera stamp that I picked up at Michaels in the dollar bin.
Hahaha my smash board.
A few pics of my skydiving trip for my 18th birthday....
Oooh to be young again! Good thing I have a picture of it because I'll never see that body again lol! (love the garbage cans in the background haha!)
My beautiful mother and I on my graduation day. I wish we lived closer together. I miss you soooo much Mom!
